The General Labor position is responsible for removing items in apartments after move-outs and tasks related to the preparation of apartments for the next tenant move-in.  Some snow removal, grounds upkeep, and other duties are also included.  This position requires a valid driver’s license and strong capabilities in following instructions carefully, performing tasks independently and working well with others in various teams.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vacant units including apartments following a tenant move-out or in preparation of new move-ins, property model suites, and public access areas inside and outside such as the leasing office, clubhouse/fitness center and exterior spaces.  There are often responsibilities requiring trash removal/pick-up, snow removal/salt application and light landscaping related work.

The Maintenance Technician ensures the apartment units and property facilities are in good working order.  Applicants should have strong technical knowledge with a positive, service-oriented attitude.  Requirements also include strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.  The position involves some rotation availability for on-call emergency coverage and a valid driver’s license.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for renting apartment units to prospective residents, answering inquiries and using standard sales methods to encourage a visit to the community.  Strong communication skills and excellent customer service is critical.  Previous sales or customer service experience is favorable.  Applicants are given a computer skills test in Word and Excel.  Scheduled weekend work on a rotational basis and a valid driver’s license are required.

The Administrative Assistant is a key role being that this is the first point of contact in property management.  Requirements include excellent communication and customer service skills.  A computer skills test will be given in Word and Excel and a valid driver’s license and weekend work on a rotational basis are requirements.
